ORIENTATION DAY

At 1.00 PM my first day of school started. In an auditorium all exchange students gathered. We got an introduction of the heads of the different faculties at the university. There were a lot of nationality's there: people from Germany (a lot), Ireland, Tunisia, France, Australia, Canada, China, Hong Kong, India, the Netherlands, ... But I haven't met anyone who's from Belgium as well. After the introduction there was a little market with lots of stuff you can do as a student in LiU (Linköping University) such as different trips, practicing sports, fitness, ...

There are also two organizations who host events such as karaoke, bowling, iceskating and so on. These are available on their Facebook pages. They're called ISA (International Student Association) and ESN (Erasmus Student Network).
