JÄMTLAND

Tomorrow I will be going to Jämtland for 5 days. Jämtland is one of Sweden's counties, which is located in the middle of Sweden, close to the Norwegian border. The bus trip will take approximately 12 hours, this depends on the weather and the conditions of the roads. The temperature will be a lot lower than in Linköping. It should be at least 10 °C colder! I'm really excited to go more north. Maybe there's a chance to see the northern lights! We're going to meet Sámi people (a folk that lives a nomadic life - around Norway/Sweden/Finland/Russia), do snowshoewalking, get to know Swedish sagas and so on. This is all organized by the course I'm taking, Nordic Culture.
