SNOWSHOEWALKING

On Wednesday 8th of February, we went to visit the biggest ski area in Sweden, Åre! We started almost at the bottom of the skiing area and went up till the first gondola. We wore special gear to make walking on a snowy surface a lot easier. I really enjoyed the climb and of course we did Fika (coffee) on top of the mountain! The views were amazing.

Even though this was fun to do, I really wanted to descend the ski slopes... So, I booked a skiing trip to Åre with 2 other Belgian friends who are in my course, Karen & Ineke. This trip will take place next month! I'm really hyped to go there for skiing!
